Located on the lower floor of a historic building, this apartment features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with access to a spacious terrace. There is one bedroom with a double bed and terrace access, and another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. Please note that to reach the apartment, you must go up and down about 4 or 5 steps. The patio overlooks a square where events such as concerts or summer markets occasionally take place. We recommend checking the Town Hall calendar for upcoming events. The owner will inform you if aware of any, but unexpected festivities may occur and can last late into the night, though they usually end around 11 pm or midnight. A parking space is available. The sofa is not a sofa bed, and no more than 4 guests are allowed. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for exclusive use inside the apartment. Towels may not be taken to the beach. Parties are not allowed, and guests are asked to respect neighbors, especially regarding music volume and noise at night. No pets allowed. There is no air conditioning. The owner gives guests full use of the space and is available for questions or assistance during your stay. The apartment is within walking distance of Begur’s historic center, offering leisure, shopping, and dining without the need for a car. A bus stop is just 100 meters away, and the main beaches are 2 to 5 km away. In summer, the Town Hall provides a bus service to various beaches.

Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living/dining room with access to a large furnished terrace, bathroom with shower. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Bathroom with shower. Parking available at the main entrance for 1 or 2 cars, depending on size. The house is basic and functional, ideal for holidays. Heating available (November - April). Within walking distance of Begur’s historic center, so you can enjoy various leisure options without needing a car, in a neighborhood where people live year-round. The main beaches are just 2 to 5 km away. The sofa is not an extra bed and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors (music volume, noise at night, etc.). Pets are not allowed. No air conditioning. The owner gives you space but is available whenever you need for questions or assistance during your stay. The property does not accept bookings for guests under 25 years old. Please note there may be government water regulations during your visit, such as restrictions on garden watering or tap water usage.

The nearest supermarket is only 100 meters away. The single-story house features a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, kettle, etc.) in an open space overlooking the pool. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. There is also an additional bathroom with shower. Outside, you’ll find a porch with furniture, a terrace with sun loungers, a bathroom, barbecue, and the pool. Parking is available on the property. The main beaches are 2 to 5 km away. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect neighbors (music volume, noise at night, etc.). Pets are not permitted. There is no air conditioning.
